Poetry in Performance

Hannah Silva is a graduate from choreography and performance writing (first class degree) from Dartington College of Arts and is currently doing an MFA in Theatre Practice at Exeter University. Her expertise in all round performance technique; use of the voice, microphone technique, and performance presence make her an ideal critique of the multi-faceted art of performing poetry. In the masterclass participants are invited to perform a poem and receive feedback and help with all aspects of performance. Hannah has experience in teaching and has given voice/text workshops in various contexts including to BA students at Plymouth University.
